It's flu season again. Get your flu shot. It's free!

Ontario offers flu shots every year. They are free. The first shots for seniors are available in Meadowvale in mid-October. They work. They keep you from getting the flu. Seniors should get their seasonal flu shot in October, and also get the H1N1 flu shot in November. Why would you not want to get a flu shot this year and every year?

Travelling outside Canada or expecting visitors from outside Ontario this year?

OHIP doesn't cover your guests from outside Ontario while they are here, and likely won't all cover your costs if you get sick while abroad, even in the USA. You need third-party health insurance for your guests and for yourself if you travel outside Ontario.
